Product Description
Neohesperidin is a bitter,white to almost white powder,is a new natural nutritive sweetener extracted from Citrus Aurantium L. It may be hydrogenated to obtain Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, which is 1500-2000 times sweeter than sucrose. It is widely used as a sweetener (flavor modifier) in fruit juice, wine, beverage, pastry and pharmaceutical formulations, especially suitable for diabetics.
