Detailed Product Description :
Pure naringin is an organic compound, chemical formula C27H32O14. It is soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, acetic acid, dilute alkali solution and hot water. At normal temperature, the solubility in water is 0.1%, up to 10% at 75℃. It is insoluble in petroleum ether, ethyl ether, benzene and chloroform and other non-polar solvents. The content and melting point of naringin varied with crystallization and drying methods. The crystallization of naringin with water as solvent contained 6 ~ 8 water of crystallization, and the melting point was 83℃. After drying at 110℃ to constant weight, the naringin molecule contained two water of crystallization and its melting point rose to 171℃.

Function:
1) In vitro, naringin and hesperidin can inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus and typhoid bacillus, and naringin can inhibit yeast and fungi, and can prevent and protect mice infected with virus. Pomelo in naringin, hesperidin and other similar flavonoids, with anti-inflammatory effect.
2)In the fresh grapefruit juice, contains insulin-like components, can reduce blood sugar, for diabetes, obesity patients good food therapy.
3)Naringin contained in grapefruit has obvious antispasmolysis effect. Pomelo peel and hesperidin can improve blood coagulation and capillary resistance in conjunctiva of eyes caused by vitamin C deficiency in mice.
