PMFs are a goup of methoxylated phenoli compounds found exclusively in tissues and peels of Citrus
reticulata (Tangerine),Citrus Paradis(Grapefruit),Citrus Sinensis(sweet orange),and citrus
aurantium l.sour orange),these various citrus species show very high variability in their content
of PMFs.
Application :
PMFs Play an important role in a number of biological functions as weell as have ing anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,
and neuroprotective properties.Both Nobiletin and Tangertin in small animal and human clinical trials, results
of this studies have show significant decrease in serum triglycerides,total cholesterol;and low density
